After a seminar devoted to sodium doping in CIGS, and a visit to Prof. Impellizzeri's lab at TMU, there have been exchanges concerning the gender dimension in research and teaching contexts. Views, opinions, and best practices were exchanged to ensure the creation of an inclusive atmosphere in the respective groups.
